I could use the refund to try to find something else that would work for my kids and their needsīed Bath & Beyond Inc. If this item was $40 and i didnt like it id return it. You get excited and cant wait to put things together and ready,so you toss out stroller boxes or install the carseat and then tragedy can strike, so would a mother that wanted to return an item because she no longer can use it be met with the same discouragment ? I myself have never attempted to just return things without a reason. Im within the 90days,im even under 60 days, but they will not refund me my money,so is my satisfaction not important? I work in pediatrics and see alot of things go wrong even before a child is born, or days after a baby shower. Trying to return this high priced item that im unsatisfied withand cant use has been a nightmare. The return policy says item mist be new and unused and originally packaged but how on earth will you know if you like the product if you dont open and use the item? Parenting is alot of trial and error and not everything that works for one family will work for another,baby gear in itself is a very expensive investment and people are more likely to shop at a store where they feel their concerns and satisfaction are truly cared about.
